Development Services Team
Development Services is an international/global team. Our vision is to enable development teams to adopt Standardized Platforms, Pipelines and DevX across all teams. As a member of Development Services team, you will be interacting very closely with product development teams, in different regions across the globe. Development Services team owns Test Management as a capability & process and is aiming to standardize testing across the organization. This is where you come in!

Your Job
As a Test automation Expert in Development Services, you will be responsible for:
- Adopting and implementing AACB Test strategy and standards.
- Implementing the right tooling and frameworks required for test automation.
- Onboarding these tools to the different product development teams.
- Creating necessary documentation/training programs for teams.
Your working environment
- Strong engineering instinct (do the right thing), a deep understanding of computer science
- Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles

- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
