Our Corporate Credits environment is looking for a skilled individual to help enable new credit origination, monitoring, and maintenance processes, and facilitate a smooth transition to the new world. As part of the Future Credit Domain (FCD) program, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing the shared capability of Credit Facility Management (CFM). This essential capability ensures that our customers can use our credit products, generating revenue from calculated fees and triggering invoicing. Additionally, it serves as a crucial data source for (credit) risk and finance to meet regulatory requirements. Your job

Credit Facility Management is a shared capability team responsible for the lifecycle of credit facilities, including onboarding, monitoring, maintenance, and termination. We're seeking a Business Consultant/Analyst CFM to join our team and help modernize our technology to ensure our services are always available and easily configurable for new requirements. As part of the Credit Facility Management team, you will report to the Lead Product Owner CFM, who is part of the Credits Capability Grid Leadership Team. You will analyze problems, gather business requirements with stakeholders, and come up with new ideas to make the transition towards the new world. You will work closely with IT and Operations teams, where you will collaborate with product owners and business consultants / analysts to determine what needs to be done, and IT/Operations will determine how to do it.

Working environment

You are going to work in the Credit Facility Management team, within Credits Capability Grid, part of the Lending Transformation team that sits within the Product Unit Financing Solutions (FS). Financing Solutions (FS) is the Credit Engine of ABN AMRO, providing clients from all client segments with the best suited credit solution. FS provides clients with lending exposures EUR >1mln of a credit advice (Wealth and CRE are serviced for all exposures), and services the corporate lending product portfolio (e.g. product management, collateral management, regulatory management) for all exposures from a Grid perspective. FS offers its products across sectors via both standardized as well as customized solutions, depending on the client's needs and profile.​

The FS Credits Capabilities Grid is responsible for the credit (related) shared capabilities such as: Credit Facility management, CaRE (early and late collections), Credit Risk Process Management, Credit Data management and Credit Risk Monitoring

Your profile

We are seeking a dynamic Business Consultant/Analyst with a talent for connecting the dots and presenting complex analyses in simple terms to join our team! As our Business Consultant/Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying the needs and challenges of our business and developing innovative solutions to meet those needs. You will also serve as the bridge between our business and IT departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A relevant bachelor's or university degree
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the banking or credit sector
  • A strong affinity with IT
  • A willingness to contribute to a future-proof, sustainable credit system
  • Solution-oriented, structured, and able to think innovatively with a curious mindset
