    Do you have a commercial attitude, and do you like to think in problem solving solutions? Are you interested in the world around you, and would you like to contribute to the sustainable purpose of ABN AMRO? Then please take a closer look at our Commercial Banking Talent Programme! Are you going to make a flying start with a lot of responsibility?

    What does the programme look like?

    As a trainee within the ABN AMRO Commercial Talent Programme, you will work in the Private Banking or Commercial Banking business lines. In 12 or 18 months you will discover what working at the bank can offer you and you will learn in what way you can help our clients in the transition to a more sustainable economy. After all, there is a world to gain. In the first year of this Talent Programme, you will also work extensively on your own personal development during the Boost Your Growth program and will you discover how your talents can best be showcased.

    Who are you?


    • You have recently obtained a bachelor's or master's degree
    • You have no more than 2 years of work experience.
    • You have specific sector knowledge or have an affinity with one or more sectors.
    • You have knowledge of commercial developments within the Dutch banking market and social developments related to the business banking field.
    • You have an affinity with sustainability.
    • You have a good command of the Dutch language (in connection with customer contact).
    • We look for diversity in background, field of study and interests.
