    Consultancy Talent Programme

    How can it be done better, more efficiently and cheaper? As a junior consultant (trainee) within the Consultancy Talent Programme, you investigate where the Operations department of the Innovation & Technology (I&T) business line can implement further improvements. For example, you work on automating and digitising customer processes, investigate the possibilities of digitally signing changes, speeding up the lead times of processes for customers and developing robots to automate processes. You therefore contribute significantly to our aim to be a 'personal bank in a digital age'.

    What does the program look like?

    As a junior consultant you contribute to concrete changes at the intersection of Business and Operations. You will learn how to structure projects, analyse processes and discover where to make improvements. Under the guidance of experienced colleagues, you will learn the trade and at the same time have the opportunity to work in one of the most complex and professional organizations in the Netherlands. By doing this you will build up a lot of knowledge about ABN AMRO's products. In addition to paying close attention to the content, we also work extensively on your personal development.

    What will your working environment be like?

    I&T Operations is responsible for the processing of transactions, customer and contract information and plays a key role within ABN AMRO. The streamlined processing of processes is crucial for the customer. Focusing on digitisation and innovations is essential in this regard and ensures that our customers can bank carefree every day. These objectives are achieved in close collaboration with other business lines, such as Retail, Private Banking and Commercial & Corporate Banking.

    Who are you?

    • You have recently obtained a bachelor's or master's degree.
    • You have no more than 2 years of work experience.
    • You have an affinity with innovation.
    • You are customer-oriented and have strong communication skills.
    • We look for diversity in background, field of study and interests.

    Collaboration with external partner

    For the Consultancy Talent Programme, we work together with SeederDeBoer, a solid external partner.
