    Are you convinced that the start of your career is in the financial world? Then the Corporate and Institutional Banking Talent Programme is probably the perfect match for you. Through this intensive process, we prepare you for a position at ABN AMRO's investment bank.

    What does the program look like?

    Together with the other trainees from the Corporate and Institutional Banking Talent Programme, you start with a five-week Nyenrode crash course. Here you get to know ABN AMRO, the banking industry and do you learn more about yourself. For example, you follow interactive financial training courses such as financial modelling and valuation. After the crash course you move on to your specialization, where you learn the trade where it really happens: the work floor. In addition to paying attention to the content, we also work on your personal development. Sparring about your assignments or future plans is always possible and a team of supervisors is ready for you throughout the programme.

    Starting Directions

    HWhat the Corporate and Institutional Banking Talent Program looks like for you and what the duration will be depends on the direction you choose.

    • Structured Finance & Portfolio Management
      You advise companies on complex capital and liquidity structures and the best combination of credit products.
    • Global Markets
      You work on a wide range of financing and risk management solutions on the sales and trading desks of the dealing room.
    • Real Estate Clients
      You work on financing and making commercial real estate more sustainable.
    • Corporate Finance
      You work within a dealing team on mergers, acquisitions and asset transactions.
    • Credit Risk
      You analyse customers in risk areas, with a focus on credit risk. You play a key role in helping the bank grow in a sustainable and responsible manner.
    • Financing Solutions
      You work on complex financing transactions and assist in taking out and structuring loans for our clients.

    Who are you?

    • You are an analytical team player, and you are driven by numbers.
    • You are ambitious and want to develop yourself within a specialist field in our investment bank.
    • You have completed a university master's degree with above-average results.
    • You have done relevant activities in addition to your studies, such as volunteering or a committee or board position. 
    • You have a strong affinity with (or experience in) the direction you are going to apply for.
