ABN AMRO's strategic program, Credit Risk Monitoring, plays a crucial role in monitoring loans to detect credit risk changes for individual clients and credit portfolios. Part of the Future Credits Domain initiative, the program aims to protect customers while minimizing credit losses for the bank. As the program experiences a significant increase in scope addition requests, we seek an experienced strategy & change consultant to support and strengthen the program organization. Join our dynamic team in the Credits Capability Grid, a vital part of Lending Transformation within the Product Unit Financing Solutions (FS) at ABN AMRO. As a key member, you will contribute to providing our customers with the best-suited credit solutions. Your focus will be on Credit Risk Monitoring, working directly with the Shared Capability Owner (SCO) to ensure seamless orchestration, oversight, and monitoring of all aspects related to Credit Risk Monitoring. Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders and credit experts to make a meaningful impact in our Credit Engine. You will be part of a small and agile team of 3-5 FTE, dedicated to excellence in credit risk monitoring. Your profile

- Professional Experience: 5-10 years in strategic consulting, focusing on Financial Institutions. MSc level education with specialization in this field.
- Strong Personality: Confident and professional with excellent presentation, analytical, and communication skills. Thrives in diverse teams.
- People Management: Inspiring leader, skilled in managing and motivating teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Flexible and creative problem solver, finding practical solutions for success.
- Business and IT-Architecture: Familiar with business and IT-architecture, process design, and management.
- Expertise: In-depth understanding of credit products, processes, regulations, data, and/or IT.
- Fluent in Dutch and English

- The gross monthly salary displayed above (6408 - 9155 pm) is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. 40 hour work week is also possible. Salary scale is based on knowledge, experience and the potential you bring.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
- Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
- Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
- An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
