This usually involves cross-chain improvement projects in which you guide and advise Senior Management in their challenges. You can count on your team: you always do projects together with colleagues within ever-changing project teams. You perform analyses to determine the potential for improvement. This improvement potential can focus on improving customer /employee satisfaction, realising cost savings or increasing future revenue streams.
As a Lean Consultant, you will work on, for example:
- Improving the throughput time and processing time within the Credit origination process
- Designing a process to capture and use ESG data, enabling us to provide specific ESG advice to Corporate Banking clients
- Designing the setup, roles & responsibilities and way of working for new/heavily changing departments
