Business Analyst Credits

Business Analyst Credits

At a glance

ABN AMRO wants to enrich and renew its lending landscape. That all starts with simpler and faster processes, allowing us to better identify our customers' risks. This is important, because it allows us to serve them better and report more transparently. Similarly in the Credits Capability Grid department: we are digitising our customer data and building a new central credit platform. You, as a Business Analyst Credit Risk, have a big role to play in this. You lead business studies, identify the specific needs of our business and translate them to our IT department. Will you contribute to the credit landscape of the future?

#Lending Transformation - we deliver a lending platform that enables smooth credit journeys.

Your job

You have an important stake in the transition and digitisation drive that our services are undergoing. You will:

  • you identify and report the requirements of our business;

  • you understand how our credit platform needs to change to meet those needs;

  • you identify the technical requirements needed for this;

  • you translate those functions into roadmaps and concrete user stories;

  • you prepare management decision-making in clear presentations;

  • you offer substantive support to the Product Owner.

Working environment

You will work in the Credits Capability Grid. Our aim: Establish an effective development of end-to-end financial solutions engines for our future enterprise lending platform. You will work closely in a professional, dynamic and quickly expanding team of colleagues – mainly other enthusiastic and result-driven consultants and analysts. You also have daily contact with various stakeholders. You enthuse them about the innovation of our services.

Your profile

As Business Analyst, you easily make connections and effortlessly substantiate your analyses in accessible language. You recognise the needs and questions of our business - you know what we need and translate these into requirements. To this end, you are the bridge between our business and IT departments. What else you need:

  • A relevant college or university degree

  • 5+ years of business analysis experience in a 'high regulated environment'

  • Experience with writing decision-making documents

  • Experience working with IT teams, in scrum or agile frameworks (incl. Confluence, JIRA, Azure Boards)

  • A proactive mindset, strong dose of creativity and a real team player

We are offering

Autonomy and meaning - that's what you get when you work with us. Plus the opportunity to help build the bank of the future. And yes, there is always attention for personal development and ambition: for example, with our vitality programme and your annual development budget of € 1,000. Furthermore, you can count on:

  • a  year salary indication gross per year based on a 40-hour working week: Eur 65k - 85k all-in (incl. holiday allowance / benefit budget). Scaling depends on the knowledge, experience and potential you bring. A 36-hour working week is also possible.

  • the possibility to work remote.

  • an annual public transport pass (NS Business Card 24/7).

  • an excellent pension scheme.
